		Manuel Montenegro is a librarian at the Virtual Library of the University of Porto - Portugal. He has been working with scientific and medical electronic information since 1995 and has lectured in Information Science gratuation courses both at the University of Porto and at the Politechnical Institute of Porto. He delivers
continuous professional development courses for several institutions (Portuguese Association of Librarians, Biblioteca do Conhecimento Online (B-On); etc.). Manuel is a member of the European Association of Health Information Libraries and a freelance information consultant.
